We recently found out the 8k tax credit will be given to buyers now instead of at the end of the year. Buyers will be able to use this money as a down payment to buy a home. This information just became available and the details of the program and tax credit money will be organized in the next coming weeks. We do not have the details on how buyers will be able to use these funds or how long it will take to obtain these funds, but rest assured Broker Executives, Inc will keep you updated. Meaning, no 30 day lates on Rents, or major tradelines on your credit report.
