Mcdowell Mountain Homes | View Mcdowell Mountain Homes

Mcdowell Mountain Ranch is full of views with homes staged throughout the entire Mcdowell Mountain. My first showing was a home in Cimarron Hills which was closed off from the rest of the community as a private guard gated estate. The guard was very polite and thorough with screening incoming resident. In fact, all guest checking into the community had their ID’s registered and their license plates recorded as standard protocol to enter Cimarron Hills. Beyond the gates of the community is a steep hill that goes up the mountain and has access points to various streets of the community. On the top of the community is the Cimarron Hills Community Pool and tennis courts. There is a negative edge pool and tennis court privately centered on top of the hillside of Mcdowell Mountain Ranch and overlooks the entire Scottsdale Valley.

McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Country ClubMost of the homes in the community were built by Toll Brothers and displayed very nicely. One of the homes I showed was a three car garage, on a 10k sqft lot. The backyard was a little bit small, but big enough for a descent size pool. The home itself had a very open floor plan with all the upgrades you would expect from a Toll Brother Home in Scottsdale. I should also point out there were several other larger homes in the community with larger size lots that we were not scheduled to see. However, we did see several joggers and bicycle groups going to and from the hill side. If you enjoy running or bicycling up a steep mountain, then this is your community!
