Troon North’s Monument and Pinnacle courses consistently rank at the top of every golfer’s must-play list, and as of October 2007 golfers in search of the ultimate golf experience are returning to Troon North Golf Club to play Tom Weiskopf’s true vision. New course renovations by original designer and British Open Champion, Tom Weiskopf, have created two new layouts with improved playability! “Both courses can now be played exactly as the land dictates, the way Mother Nature intended.” – Tom Weiskopf
Monument Course and Pinnacle Course
Troon North consists of two courses, that provide a great challenge, rating 73.2 with slope of 145 and 73 with slope 148 respectively. Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish designed the Monument Course to take advantage of the rugged and grand terrain, huge boulders with dry washes.

Golf membership cost:$75,000. Memberships are available to property owners within the Troon North
Equity:50%. Membership fee is 95% refundable.
Monthly dues:$510/mo
Benefits include 7-day priority tee times, range balls, no-cost green fees, reduced fees for guests.
There is a 3 year waiting list with 20-25 currently on it . Must put 10% down to get on list $7500. 150 member limit.
